Processing Time
Excluding holidays and weekends, orders are generally processed within three business days.
Shipping Method and Tracking
Your order will be shipped via our choice of carrier. If you have a special shipping request, please contact support@denvertrains.com with your request and we will do our best to accommodate. You may be responsible for shipping charges if you request a different shipping carrier.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Cancellations
Once your order is submitted, processing begins and your order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under seller's liability. For delayed processing, please contact us. For delayed delivery, please contact the shipping carrier for the delivery status.
Damaged Orders
We are not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. We strongly encourage the purchase of shipping insurance to cover your purchase. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
