A wonderful Mom & Pop online retailer

Visiting Denver earlier this month, I had visited the only brick & mortar train store in town. Not finding anything of interest, I googled around and found this online shop based in the area. I asked via chat if they had any cool steam locomotives and was floored by their online customer service. Every question I asked was answered and they offered helpful and insightful suggestions. I ended up purchasing a BLI 4-Truck Shay along with an ESU Loksound v5 DCC decoder. Once programmed with sound file SO515, I was quite pleased with how well she looks, runs and sounds. I am getting back into the hobby after a 30 year gap. These cars are a perfect additional to me current inventory, they are much nicer then the cars from 30 years ago. So much to learn and I am excited for this journey.
