The Rapido Trains HO Scale Gunderson 53' Husky Stack Well Car is based on cars used to move intermodal containers across the continent. The Gunderson 53' single-unit double-stack well car is the 2020s iteration of the famous Husky-Stack and in 2023 nearly every intermodal train includes at least a few of this type. Over 3,500 cars have been built for TTX Company (DTTX), Canadian Pacific (CP), Ferromex (FXE) and the Arkansas & Oklahoma (AOK) and can be seen all over the USA, Canada and Mexico. The models feature a die cast body for good performance loaded or empty, etched-metal details, metal wheels and metal knuckle couplers.
