Build smooth, reliable track grades with Woodland Scenics 4% Incline/Decline Starters. These precision-cut high-density foam sections make it easy to begin an incline or decline on a model railroad layout without complicated measuring, cutting, or grade calculations.

Each starter section gradually raises or lowers track from 0" to 1" over a 24" run, creating a clean transition between layout levels. Use them with Woodland Scenics Risers, Incline Sets, Foam Tack Glue™, and Foam Nails to construct dependable elevated track, bridges, hillsides, overpasses, and multi-level scenes.
